Ready to take strategic control of your career?

Most people are stumbling through their career, falling into random opportunities or the next job that will hire them with no strategic plan or vision of the end goal. Of course you’re frustrated and unhappy in your career! You haven’t been taught how to effectively manage it so it works for you and gives you the life you want.

You will spend more than 2/3rds of your life in a career. Have you thought it out? Do you have a plan? Is it working for you?

The most critical aspect of your life that you should be actively managing and strategizing about usually ends up being a haphazard series of decisions that can leave you wondering, “How did I get here? Where am I going?”

This is what we address in this class. You take a hard look at your career choices and drivers and better define what you’re looking to accomplish in your life and where you’d like to be. Then we map out how to get you there effectively and efficiently.

New Graduate or Mid-Career?

If you’re a new graduate, this is the perfect class before you actively start pursuing your career and find yourself off-track 10 years from now.

If you’re a seasoned professional but are frustrated with the lack of raises or promotions, this class will teach you how to start making serious progress in your career and to make up for lost time.

Regardless, each class is intelligently structured to ensure classmates can gain value from each other and the coursework is tailored to meet the needs of the class as a whole.

This class will teach you the career management skills to build the life you want.

You will walk away with a better understanding of your career priorities and an established plan of how to get there. Classes are sent once per week followed by a Q&A session a few days later to ensure that all your questions are answered once the material has sunk in.

Topics we’ll cover:

  • What is your professional motivation
  • How to assess, measure and sell your accomplishments
  • Mapping out where you want to go and how to get there
  • Understanding your growth opportunities
  • Value vs. Cost
  • Effective Corporate Communication

Structured for your success.

  • At the beginning of the week, you will receive access to the video lecture for this week’s topic.
  • A few days later we have a live Q&A session to make sure you get all your questions answered.
  • Throughout the course, you have access to an online community where you can professionally strategize together.

Sign up today to get started! I can’t wait to help you make the most of your career.
